When it comes to pasta dishes, my mind automatically goes to a meat sauce over heavy noodles, or a simple cacio e pepe. And although chicken fettuccine with Alfredo sauce will always have a special place in my heart as a "fancy" meal from childhood, I rarely think of making pasta dishes with chicken.
